Milkyway automates the key supply chain processes starting from enquiry stages of a project till its closure bundled with other modules for administration. Apart from business process automation, Milkyway is equipped with a completely configurable automatic work allocation system which allows project work units to be allocated automatically to engineers based on process flow, availability of staff, accredited skill sets of staff, work unit priorities and a few other parameters.
